Professional Learning - Leadership
The Scots College is committed to the continuous improvement of its staff and to a whole-of-school leadership training approach. All staff seek to lead in their delegated domains according to the Christian leadership principles expressed in the College’s Framework documents and Brave Hearts, Bold Minds Educational Philosophy. The Research Office runs three main professional learning programs aimed at developing our current and future leaders: The Leadership Program, Leadership Summits, and the MLMED Cohort.
Leadership Summits are aimed at bringing together all staff in middle and upper leadership roles to be inspired and equipped to build our culture and achieve our strategy.

The Leadership Program provides an applied, cohort-based approach to developing the knowledge, skills and values of aspiring leaders in the College.

The Master of Leadership and Management in Education is one of our cohort programs run in conjunction with the University of Newcastle.
